2. Description of Service

AYCOPOS provides a cloud-based point of sale system that includes inventory management, multi-branch support, sales tracking, customer management, and reporting features. The service is provided on a subscription basis at $10/month.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

• All subscriptions are billed monthly at $10
• A 30-day free trial is available for new users
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect user data without consent
• Resell or redistribute our services

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We claim no ownership rights over your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Intellectual Property

AYCOPOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYCOPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AYCOPOS and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
